Below is a work in progress bringing together layered relief and letterpress prints that grew from the social practice project Miami Street Press. Drawing on words and data gathered through community interactions, the work combines clasped hands, color, text, and abstract forms to explore how everyday acts of care, connection, and solidarity shape and sustain community.

Four one-of-a-kind mixed-media relief prints
Under Pressure explores personal, political, environmental, and social pressures through layered relief printing, recycled materials, and repeated images of clasped hands. The works use the physical pressure of the press as a metaphor for resilience, interdependence, care, and what we choose to protect.

Forbidden Page 2023-2026
Ongoing series of letterpress and relief prints responding to book censorship in Florida public schools. Drawing from banned and challenged books, the prints layer text, color, abstract forms, ISBNs, barcodes, and excerpts to reclaim censored stories while inviting reflection on freedom of expression, access to knowledge, and whose stories are allowed to be told.
