Printmaking is central to my practice—a space where image, language, pressure, repetition, and social exchange intersect.
This work in progress brings together layered relief and letterpress prints that evolved from the social practice project Miami Street Press. Using words and responses gathered through community interactions, the installation combines clasped hands, color, text, and abstract forms to explore how everyday gestures of care, connection, and solidarity can strengthen and sustain community.

Four unique relief monoprints
Under Pressure explores personal, political, environmental, and social pressures through layered relief printing, recycled materials, and repeated images of clasped hands. The works use the physical pressure of the press as a metaphor for resilience, interdependence, care, and what we choose to protect.

Forbidden Page 2023-2026
Ongoing series of letterpress and relief prints responding to book censorship in Florida public schools. Drawing from banned and challenged books, the prints layer text, color, abstract forms, ISBNs, barcodes, and excerpts to reclaim censored stories while inviting reflection on freedom of expression, access to knowledge, and whose stories are allowed to be told.
